Sometimes, it may happen to make a wrong choice, especially when ordering online, and we know it.

That’s why we offer you the possibility to return one or all the items you’ve ordered and request a refund (except for the shipping fees that are never refunded).

You have the right to renounce in writing waive to your purchase within 14 working days after collection of the package. However, the buyer’s right to cool off does not apply to tailored items such as fabrics, ribbons, bias, … based on the buyer’s choice and customisation.

Do not qualify for return or exchange :

  • Items that have been damaged, soiled, modified by the buyer and/or a third party;
  • Incomplete items
  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging;
  • Tailor-made items based on the buyer’s choice and customisation.

How to proceed ?

Contact us at within 24h following the reception of the package.
Tell us which item(s) you would like to return. We will thus know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Then, you have to send back your purchase in its original packaging with the order return form to the following address :
