  1. Are all the products displayed on the webshop in stock? We pay close attention to our stock management. Every product on the website should be available. However, it may happen that a product sold out. In this case, you’ll directly be advised and a solution will be proposed.

  2. Can I cancel my order ? Once the order has been validated and paid, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

  3. I forgot to enter my promotional code when I placed my order, can I still use it ? Unfortunately, it is not possible to add your promo code if your order has already been placed and validated. However, you can still use it for your next purchase.
